I'll start:-

Home v Wrexham 82/83 season - Won 2-0
Away v Leicester 93/94 season - Won 3-2

Checked my OUFC book and there is no record of the Luton game. Might not've been boxing day but we lost 2 - 1. (and no, it wasn't this season)

1949/50 season as Headington Und. I was only a very young lad in short pants, but I vaguely remember it being a high scoring game - againgst Huntley and Palmers I think.

A game in the 1977/78 season. I remember Gordon Hodgson, Roy Burton, David Fogg, Peter Foley etc They were like gods to me!!

17-01-1998 v Charlton I think, at home.

I can't remember anything from the game but from Rage Online, we lost 2-1.
Apparently I used to be a bad luck charm at the manor ;D.

76/77 - don't remember the match as I was only 4 or 5. First away was Swindon around 78 or 79.

Sure my home was England Schoolboys around early seventies (70/71ish?)...away was 24.02.73. Job done hooked for life. As many have I`ve moved around a bit and been to watch other matches where ever I`ve lived but it just doesn`t matter as much as United.

Home - 1983 Huddersfield 1-1 we equalised with a Kim Barnett penalty.
Away - 1992 lost 3-1 to Plymouth 1992

9 years apart between 1st home and 1st away games? Got to be some kind of record?

First away game? 24th Febuary 1973 Swindon 1 Oxford 3 ( Curran, Cassidy,Roberts).

We scored frst but Charlton scored two goals at the London Road End. I remember Clive Mendonca scoring with a volley high into our net very late on.

My first game was in 1975 and first away game was in 1977.

Gary Barnett! Kim Barnett played cricket for Leics and England I think.

Can't remember who we played but it was 66/67 time and was in the days of Barron, Shuker, Clarke. the two Atkinsons etc. We won and I was hooked forever.

Away was just down the road to Reading.
