Don't worry plans are being made to get them back asap (weather permitting)... We've put a lot of work to get today organised, get the club, radio and paper on board..get the meal arranged etc (Tim contact me if there's aproblem with cancelling the booking).....but the good thing is we all know the people to talk to now to get in on again. Steve and Helen have said thay can't wait to get back so the experience hasn't put them off..which shows how much they think of us and want to thank us personnally (after all it would be so easy for them just to write a thank you on this forum and leave it at that) I really can't wait for them to come back down

Hi Gang Well what a day indeed Tim - really hope you Billi-Boo and Tiff are feeling better soon. Our journey home was actually much better than expected, only took an hour and half more than it took to get down on Friday. Having spent most of the day sulking and wondering why things conspired against us we are now excited about coming down again when the temperature is hopefully above freezing!!
The hotel was amazing so fingers crossed we can stay there again. We had a lovely meal last night following a swim, then most of us had a good sleep (poor Steve was kept awake most of the night by some rather 'energetic' neighbours who were clearly in the Christmas spirit of love one another!! I was sharing with Tess and we slept like logs!!)
So the Tess/Oxford story continues, watch this space and we hope you all have a wonderful Christmas xxxxxxxx

So the Tess/Oxford story continues, watch this space and we hope you all have a wonderful Christmas xxxxxxxx

Glad you and the gang made it back safely... Like others have said it was gutting what happend with the weather today , but it must have been 10 times worse for you! But you made the right call for your families sake and we can all wait that little bit longer..
Poor Steve, he should have come down and watched the ashes with me!! Glad you found the hotel all good...
I can't see a problem with the hotel being available next time I'll have to clear it when you know dates...
Merry christmas to you and Steve and your special little family. X

Thanks for all your Christmas wishes and right back at ya! It will take a lot more than a blizzard to wreck our friendship. We will be back down in the new year when we`ve sorted a match out. Have a fab xmas and new year, your bash sounds good Tim, only wish we lived a little closer, ENJOY.
