Mary Page from Oxford United's Commercial Dept. said that Mr. Brown wanted to have a look at our site first. I'm not sure if I gave her the right information on how to get on here. Someone help please! Tell him to go to yellows.proboards.com and hope he doesn't find any references to his previous incarnation in some of the more interesting threads on here

Good News! Oxford United have give us permission to collect money for that little girl from Accrington! Unfortunately, we cannot collect from inside the Ka- Ka-Ka (Sorry, can't stand the word Kassam) stadium, but we CAN collect by the turnstiles and anywhere else. If we could collect by the Priory as well, then that would be great. I've got four Buckets. You need TWO people for each bucket (for security) Cash only.
I can be contacted on 07990 878940 If you want to volunteer, please ring a.s.a.p.
Let's show Tess's family what a bluddy good bunch of supporters us Oxonians are!

From ASFC Yesterday evening a bucket collection took place for a very special little girl, Tess Sullivan and her family. Three-year old Tess is one of just 50 children in the world suffering from a rare terminal condition called Alexander’s disease, a genetic degenerative disorder which dramatically reduces life expectancy. This bucket collection was to raise money to go towards creating as many memorable experiences for the family as possible. With your help and generous donations family and friends of Tess Sullivan raised a fantastic £1,276.16 at our Carling Cup tie against Newcastle United last night! Helen & Steve, parents of Tess want to thank everyone who reached into their pockets to help and raise money to fund a trip of a lifetime! For any further donations or fundraising opportunities please do not hesitate to contact Danielle Fox on 01254 356957 or email danielle.fox@accringtonstanley.co.ukIt might be worth dropping this lady an email or a quick phone call to let her know the plans just out of courtesy. Anyway, sounds like a very good cause and worth supporting.

Dave might be an idea to email the mother and ask for a photo, stick it on the buckets with the little lasses name on it, tug some extra heart strings
