Hi all at Oxford United. it's Helen Tess's very happy Mummy! I had a call from the PR at Accrington this morning to say you were doing the collection and was absolutely over the moon. I can't believe how generous you've been with giving your time and effort to help our family (of northeners!), to say we are touched is an understatement.
Thanks to the kind actions of so many we are getting closer and closer to our target to take little Tess on a Disney Cruise as soon as possible.
From myself, Steve, Tyler, Tess and Max thank you from the bottom of our hearts. OUFC will always have a special place in our hearts from now on! xx

Being disabled myself, I was touched by the fans collecting over £1,200 at the Newcastle game. I suggested that we at Oxford could help and feel really proud that our supporters did their little bit. I've been saying thank you to everyone who donated to this cause today, but I missed out my mate Kev Bourton, Matt Naish and my son and daughter, who went round with the buckets collecting the donations with me. Also, Paul hayday, who helped us count the cash after the game. Thanks also to Damian Batt (get better soon), the Accrington manager and player who stood in our photo and of course, Steve the Oxford united photographer who took the photos. Just about covers it!

Stuck some cash in the bucket today. A very moving story and I hope she has a wonderful time when she finally gets to go on her Disney Cruise. She looks a lovely little girl from the pictures that were on the buckets.

I didn't have the opportunity to give yesterday. How do I go about donating to Tess and her family through paypal without having their email address? I'm not very savvy with these things.
