Will it be at more games this season with more fans in attendance? Would look great at Burton if it is going there. Anyone know anything?

I'm a big fan of the flag, will be great to see it at a few of the away games where we will take big numbers, (that will be most of them then). Relying on the ultra boys!

Wispa it would be great to have some of the Ultrsa surfers from R&D at the Burton game.
And Wycombe for that matter.
Will you be in hte White Horse pre match?

I'm a big fan of the big flags and the work the Ultras do. More colour and noise still needed at our games.

Fence, that could all be helped by us getting more members, just because were spotty teens doesn't mean you can't come up to us at the back and have a chat about getting more involved, the more people closley involved with us the better.

How's the whole Ultra thing going now? They've proven their worth. THey need more numbers and more people getting involved now. As well as continued funding!

I guess it may be helpful to have pepole's input who are outside of the group...thoughts Pogue? Genuinely...

I'd like to hear them start a few traditional Oxford songs as well as their reportoire of new songs adapted from other clubs.

Slappy, we probably start off more traditional oxford songs than the more Euro style songs we sing. Cause people join in with those ones, I wish people would accept the songs like "We love you" and join in, as alot of other clubs in the country sing them already, and its not just us kids at the back trying to sing la la la songs. But we do start off the more english style songs to. "Come on come on.." "Hello hello.." "Yellow and blue keep your shape.." "Forever and ever" The thing with those songs is it is hard to keep going for a long period of time, "We love you" is a song that just seems to be able to be sung over and over again.. We sing it slightly different obviously, next time we sing it, have a listen and learn the words ;D As Allesandro said, we just need more people to learn about what we're trying to achieve when it comes to the atmosphere, and then get more involved with us.

fair points - sometimes when there are just a small crowd at away games, a few well known songs help get the rest of us going too.

I'd like to hear them start a few traditional Oxford songs as well as their reportoire of new songs adapted from other clubs. Once you've been through them a couple of times a game it really does get quite boring, usually all the traditional songs have been sung 2+ in the first 25/30 mins.

Thing are on the up like, but there will always be some that don't like us "Nobody likes us but we don't care". What is being done differently this season? Not much, pushing on with things, alot more displays revolved around message banners and the like. Like Otto has said, in order to do more stuff numbers and money need to start increasing. There is only so much a few spotty teens can stump up for materials once you've taken into travel & match tickets etc. This season will be the best yet however, bigger home gates will give us more choice in what we can do at home

Just having extra hands on deck to hold up message banners can allow more stuff to be done around them.
Fair point from oxfordultras - the traditional songs are often used up within the first 20 minutes and become increasingly tedious as the game goes on.

I guess the next question open to all on here would be how to increase numbers? Everyone seems to appreciate what the Ultras do. How can they develop?
