Just for a bit of balance, and for some of the younger posters (I don't class as one)....
So far for me, in rough chronological order some highs and lows;
The 6-1 over Bristol Beating Rushden in the home playoff semi-final The win over Luton last year Losing to Exeter in the home playoff semi-final Jim Smith's return at the Peterborough match The Orient game Beating Sw*ndon in the FA Cup
It's going to take some time, but it's starting to build a little history. Just need to deal with the minor problems of owning the ground and getting a fourth stand!

Promising young star scores in our first match at new stadium.
We lose 2-1 at home to Rochadale and Brooks' career is cut short.

Billy Turley's 2 penalty saves against Histon and going on to beat them 3-0. (My son's first game at The Kassam and a new Yellow was confirmed.)

My favourite memory was last season at the rushden semi-final.
After the 2nd goal everyone in the whole stadium singing que sera sera etc. all in perfect tune and harmony! Fantastic.

The semi final against rushden is the best - everyone singing "que sera sera" whilst 2-0 up and then running on the pitch at the end 2-0 win vs Luton, Jamie Cook wonder goal The Northwich game, for all the wrong reasons and rugby tackling a pitch invader Beating St. Albans 2-1, scoring about 10 seconds after they did and everybody celebrating at the back. Drawing 2-2 with Dagenham, Yemi scoring 2 in the second half and everyone going absolutely mental. Then they equalise in the 90th min... Exeter Playoff - again, for all the wrong reasons... Leyton Orient game...'nuff said. Some fan throwing a pie at Billy Turley in one of the conference seasons (or something like that). A 'fight' against Alty at home, when angry fans charged into the away end after the most undeserved equaliser ever that was never a penalty in a million years.

Many of the above, though I'm surprised that Beast's last minute winner against York that sparked our season hasn't been mentioned yet.
Less recently though, I recall
Efe Sodje being shot by a sniper from the South Stand...
Swansea's mad 5 minutes when it looked certain to be a goal-less bore draw...
Joe Ross redeeming himself by letting Bradbury re-take a penalty against Brizzle in Atkins first game back at the Kassam.
Julian Alsop shoving Basham aside to power home a last minute winner against Orient on a cold wet Boxing Day
The "fans" queuing for Arsenal tickets while we watched the Exeter Xmas game.
The York game when Torquay gubbed a penalty & Lincoln scored at the death to keep us out of the playoffs....

The York game when Torquay gubbed a penalty & Lincoln scored at the death to keep us out of the playoffs.... I was only a young'un then When I got home my father (not an oxford fan) said to 'son I know how that feels, I have a job for you' He then passed me a sledgehammer and told me the garden wall needed to be destroyed as he was changing the layout I smashed that wall to bits thinking of that Torquay tosser who 'dinked' his pen straight to the keeper the whole time

> The over-hyped bore draw against Woking, Boxing Day 2006 > The great atmosphere versus Shots 2006/7 > Joy followed by despair versus Exeter in play-off semi-final > Hopeless performance after hopeless performance as we plummeted down the league > The ridiculous Lincoln mini pitch invasion

Not too many positive memories, but. For Atmosphere the scum and Lootown matches were pretty special -as were the results!! When supporters finally had enough of k***am and let him know by 'Invading the Boardroom' - Only pity was he wasn't there The way the 'Argies' were shamefully mis-lead and treated, especially when they were barred by you know who from saying 'Goodbye' to supporters. Hopefully in the not too distant future we will have something to celebrate and remember Re; The Stadium and 4th Stand etc etc

The biggest one for me has to be the 6-1 win over Halifax at the Kassam. I've explained this before elsewhere, but yeah. That really cemented Oxford in my heart. Otherwise, Swindon, Rushden, that comeback against York, T'Cham N'Toya's goal against Peterborough, Matt Day's goal against St. Albans all rank highly. Sadly, the playoff semi-final loss to Exeter is quite high too.

The semifinal loss against Exeter was an awful evening, but somehow when we won against Rushden in the same fixture this time out, it sort of took the sting out of that memory.

the best one I thought was against Luton last year. Constable teased for missing a penalty and then scoring just two minutes later. not mentioned so far is the win against Wimbledon. Pure football at its best outside the football league. We evne got applauded by the Wimbledon management and supporters at the end

Oxford 5 Farsley Celtic 1
Yemi ran rings around them, and it could easily ended in double figures.

Oxford United 1-2 Crawley Town
Oxford Mail stand singing We Are The Left/Right Side for the entire second half, plenty of people just ignoring the rubbish on the pitch before loudly booing the team off at the end
