Walking into the concourse when the stadium had first opened and thinking they hadn't finished it yet!

If I had to choose just 1 memory out of all of them, it would have to be Swindon in the FA Cup. The atmosphere was tremendous, even better than the Rushden play-off semifinal.

Swindon in the FA cup, used to live a few miles from the ground and I could hear singing when I stepped out the door!
D&R, Yemis two goals including the lob over their prick of a gk, the OxMail was really jumping, shame we couldn't hold on.
The late goals to keep us in the playoff hunt the point deduction seasons and the happy journeys home as a result.
Bringing my mate to his first Lower league game (hhe's a prem supporter), said game being Rushden in the playoffs, and seeing him going mental when we scored and singing his heart out by the end. Great day and he's been a few times this year already.

Remember beating Northwich Victoria by 5-1 and forecasting that correctly on the forum. If only I had had money on that

Decent fish and chips before the game outside the ground. Now they are tasteless wonders. And the shop by Oxymoron isn't much better with the queues

the best one I thought was against Luton last year. Constable teased for missing a penalty and then scoring just two minutes later. two minutes? 30 seconds more like! All of the ones mentioned, plus: Beano's last-minute winner v Wrexham the season before last; Joan Collins in the Directors Box; Ramon Diaz and co charging off the bench foreign stylee after Craig Davies scored the first goal v Cambridge in their 1st game; etc.

two minutes? 30 seconds more like! Probably was. It certainly shut those bar stewards up who were goading him for missing the penalty

I only started going in our first conference season. Some games and moments I can remember (good and bad): Beating Northwich 5-1 and York 2-0. The Play off semi against Exeter, losing on penalties and one bloke throwing his empty season ticket on the pitch at the end. Being 2-0 up against Exeter and them equalising in the 94th minute. Being 3-0 up against Torquay at half time and then throwing the lead away to end 3-3. Beating Altrincham 4-0 and Duffy scoring an overhead kick. beating York 1-0 (I think) with a yemi run to win and then convert a penalty on a cold dark saturday afternoon. as mentioned before Beano's header against wrexham. Grays keeper being stretchered off in our thrashing of them. Billy Turley's comical dives when a shot had gone wide. The Northwich farce, along with Ryan Clarkes outstanding saves that day. Luton at home, amazing game and atmosphere ( with an amazing winner ) Hayes and Yeading at home, being humbled by a side we should have beaten. Mansfield at home, our place secured in the playoffs we played slick comfortable passing football. Rushden playoff.....amazing! This season? Bury and brizzle at home. Finally the transition of the manager chants, from 'Jim Smiths Yellow Army' to 'Darren Patterson's Yellow Army' to 'Jim Smith's Yellow Army' and then to 'Chrissy Wilder's Yellow Army'.
