I want to cry, I have talked all summer about the difference between Conference and Div 2 and the one big point was better officials, clearly this is not the case, it must be time to actually sit down the FA and get them to explain why these jokers get promoted to this level when they are clearly not up to it.

Oli. Is it a pen on beano when he was tugged? Technically - yes. But its inconsistent with the way in which football in refereed. If he had given Burton a pen for that, or given Man Utd's oponnents a penalty for that, you would have been moaning again. If he had given us that penalty, he would have to have given Burton a penalty for the same offence at the other end, and had to punish every other tug in the game. Then you would have moaned about the game being too stop start. |

I understand and agree with what your saying but... That pull by Moore was the most blatent all game, unlike the rest of his "fouls" where he did them on the sly this he made no attempt to hide, beano had stole a yard on him and could have had a free header 10 yards out.. That's why IMO the ref should have blown up for a pen..
