Have recently switched from Virgin to Sky. I have Outlook but want all my emails to come into there rather than the Sky Inbox. I have tried to configure it. I have rung Sky and usually get someone who is unintelligible so again can't get there.
Anyone any ideas.

Google is the way to go for advice.
I'm not sure about Sky, but with Virgin Media I managed to set it working with Outlook by googling Virgin Media Email Outlook Settings.
I suspect if you do the same replacing Sky with Virgin Media, it should tell you all you need to know.
