I can't understand the attitudes of some 'happy to finish mid-table' 'Top ten at best' 'Blind hope and dreams' Etc etc... I don't believe for one minute the manager, players or Chairman are harbouring those negative thoughts, we have nothing to be afraid of - Our aim should be to win the league, if we fall short of that, then a play off spot. Waving the white flag before the season even kicks off is not how the traditions and success of this Club has been acheived. OUFC has so often in the past punched above its weight, and there are many Bigger Clubs who have not been to Wembley twice -as we have!! So why should we not have a little bravado? Because last time we were in league 2 we thought we were better than we were and didn't for a second think we would even be in the bottom half let alone the relegation equation. Our stint in non league has, I feel, made fans quite humble and merely gratefull for the fact we are out of that hell hole. Let's see where this season takes us let's not raise the bar too high before a balls even been kicked yet. Another thing we should remember from the BSP- It's not always the 'Biggest' Best supported Club that is successful.
