I think Creighton is correct in that teams will come to the Kassam looking for more than a close defeat or a point.
I think that the forwards will be more ruthless than in the conference and there will be less pot shots from outside the box.
A small increase in away fan numbers because the geographical location of the opposition is not in our favour unfortuantely.
Inane comments from Steve Claridge on a saturday night usually about effort and determination.

It's been so long since we were in the League I've forgotten what it's like. I look forward to finding out! ;D

Hopefully fewer teams for whom we are their Cup Final and The Kassam is their Wembley! You make a good point, NSG. We lost to a fair few sides at home in the conference who we probably should'nt have, mainly because they had nothing to lose. Let's hope that some of the more established sides take us for granted - at least in the first half of the season - as they think we're just a bunch of muppets from the conference!

Brian Lee is doing the half time draw when you play us. He's a legend in these parts you know. Yeah, he did wonders for your club didn't he? Kept you glued to the basement of football for many fine seasons. He got it right up his bum when he was presenting us with the play off winners trophy at Wembley and the look on his face was priceles. ;D

Excellent. We can at last give Brian Lee what for with no fear of his petty recriminations.
The man's a buffoon.

Yeah, Brian Lee - Teams 'parking the bus' /playing for time from first minute and all that, but what about the inept performances of the officials? For some reason they seemed to have an agenda in that poxy league. They were hell bent on giving us absolutely nothing. (May-be to show thier assessors in the stand how strong they were) Anyway let's hope that's all behind us now., eh?
