Youth Development Game

Did anybody else go to the Youth Development game yesterday? It was nice to see some of the old boys back and Joey's free kick was worth the admission price on its own.

However, who were the two knobs on the microphone trying to comment on the games. It was totally cringeworthy. They obviously thought they were being really funny and they probably crack the same "jokes" at every game they go to. Please!!!

Well done to the lads who played at half time. There looked to be a few regulars out there and one or two decent players. I felt sorry for the bloke who knackered his calf in the warm up. Hope you enjoyed your time on the pitch.

one was "diddy" david hamilton - he does the pa warm up at fulham normally!

Been to one of these games before and the commentary is always pretty bloody awful. The game itself was a bit of fun with no tension added to it which was nice.

Although officially I was 4th official, there were the two others involved in the fans game down there with me (I was the assistant on the fans game that gave the goal, and it WAS A GOAL SIMON!!)

We were contemplating getting rid of them as they were pushing the limits especially when they refered to one of our collegues as lineswoman over the PA system!! All fun and games though so we didnt but I will grant you it was bloody annoying!!
