How many pre season games are the subject of a transfer where the club/agent negotiates the fixture into a deal?

The obvious one is Man Utd in Guadalaharja yesterday.

Also, there is the ground share deal (Oxford/Didcot and Barnet/Arsenal) that also results in a pre season game.
