Oxford should be able to carry rhe confidence of promotion into the new season and should be aiming for play off places as a minimum.

I think that will suit us. Teams and fans will try for the win against us, and as the Dr says 'we will surprise a few teams'

League 2 will probably be similar standard to top of conference. We can hold our own.
