I cannot for the life of me find it but I read somewhere that we had conceded the most headed goals and in turn - had the smallest defensive partnership (Worley and Wright) in the League.
Should the ball never make it into the box in the first place? - Batt, Tonkin, Clist and Hall stopping the crosses?
Should the ball ALWAYS be won by Worley and Wright? (Yes essentially IMO)
However - Northampton game
Clarke didn't come to either front post crosses within his 6 yard box. Corner who either Clist or Tonkin lost in the air (I think??) Not the biggest players.
Second was Worley covering for Batt (who IMO had a shite game defensively) so it was left to someone to cover him.
Move this to Matches if you think but we should seriously think about this.
Corners and 'aerially' we seem to be bollocks. Clarkes handling isn't the best either.
Right negativity (maybe not negative, just stuff that needs attention) is now over. Goodnight all.

Viewing the goals on the BBC I Player this morning Worley was sucked well out of position as he went to try and defend the cross by Holt leaving Mckenzie all by himself eight yards out.
I blamed Batt for allowing the cross to come in but I was wrong.
It was, however, pathetic defending.

The first goal was scored by Worley's man, he let him get to the ball first. The 2nd, Worley was dragged out of position, and McKenzie had a free header in between Wright and Tonkin. Another 2 shocking goals conceded
