Assuming we were actually reach the play-off final (not likely but one can hope) does anyone think we will take 33,00 to a game that far away. Particularly as it will be ont' telly.

I think we would get a decent crowd at Old Trafford because many hangers on would find that venue attractive. Those that went to Wembley have had their day trip to that ground so maybe they will fancy a new day out to a different one?

There is a direct train from Banbury/Oxford/Reading to Manchester.
If not completely direct one you catch you can also get off at Birmingham New Street and get on one to Manchester.

Villa would have been big enough for Lge 2, but probably not for Lgu 1. Once the FA have taken their tickets, 10,000?, each team would only get around 15,000 odd. I can't say I'm complaining at the choice of OT, should we get there. |
