Not trying to complicate things, but wouldnt it be worth putting some writing on the back of the flyer to explain exactly whats happening, and whats trying to be acheived? If people come on here, they know what its about. But if they dont, the poster doesnt explain to much. (Though the poster is decent)

Great, just waiting for L&P to send me the high res poster ready to put up on Tuesday, once CareFreeOUFC confirms that the club are happy with it. We still need at least two more people to volunteer for this though. South Stand and North Stand poster boys please  |

Emailed the club this morning but have heard nothing as yet. If I havent heard anything by lunchtime on Monday I will call the club and try to speak to someone.
The only issue with the two sided flyer although I think it is a good idea it will double the cost of photocopying etc and the time.
Stick to one sided and give a brief explanation they will soon see what we are trying to achieve and will hopefully join in.
In regards to more poster people if it makes the difference between people helping and not helping what about a small whip round of folks in the top right on the day to reimburse of costs so to speak. I shouldnt think it would be much more than 50p each from a few people.
Anyway just a couple of ideas and like I said as soon as I know I will post on here. If anyone has any direct or sure fire ways to get in contact with the people in the know if they could assist it would be greatly appreciated if I am still struggling come Monday.

Who is doing the other two stands?

Have downloaded B+W and printed ready to photocopy for flyers prior to Rotherham game. Come on people can we get a couple more to give assistance at the other games and stands etc

I've been looking into getting a ton or so printed up onto postcards/flyers via various online printing services.
Before I commit, there must be a united fan who works for a printing company in/around Oxford who could sort out a cost-price deal. I was wondering whether Oxvox could point us in the right direction. Or perhaps Bridle could help out.
I'm prepared to spunk up to a score on this.
