Just a bit of Friday fun: Supposing all players were available, including loans etc, what would you pick now as your best starting 11? Its not that easy now there's so many options further up the pitch, and in midfield.
Here's Chippy Ox's team:
Clarke
Batt Worley Wright Tonkin
Potter Heslop McLaren Clist
Constable Maclean
I'm a believer in maintaining possession of the ball, 4 in midfield will do this. McLaren can sit deep if need be. Potter is so important to our attacking play. Constable and Maclean are a handul for any defence. My only question mark is whether to play Craddock up front and change the system but I'd opt for 4-4-2.
Yours??

Clarke Batt Worley Wright Kinni Payne McLaren Clist Beano Maclean Craddock 4-3-3 is the way forward in modern football. 2 goalscorers either side of someone who can link play nicely. Playmaker in Payne, work horse and battler in clist, Mclaren is sit infront of the defence.
