i know this thread has nothing to do with matches,but i know it gets the most reads,we have just found out that oxford are still taking our direct debits out for a full season ticket,are last payment should have been on the 01.10.10.but three months later we got are bank statement and its shows for the 3 months are direct debit hasnt stop,the club say they are sorry for this and will pay back in two days,which is good,but we must let the bank know that to cancel this direct debit,plus the club have said we are not the only ones this has happend to,so i urge people to check out that their direct debit has stop,so please check this out,the bank concerned is halifax.

I understood that the club delegated the admin of the direct debits and collection of payments to an external agency. I guess it isn't the clubs fault or not all the clubs fault if this arrangement is still in place.

the club has said that they done all the direct debits and standing orders themselves,the did have an outside agency,but they stop with them.

I've never been able to pay for tickets with my Debit Card. It's Visa Electron and for some reason the club has never accepted it.
