There's a name from the past. I always remember him for that goal he scored against Crystal Palace in an evening game at the Manor.Scored direct from a corner.
Nothing on Wickapaedia about him but my nephew from New Zealand is in USA doing some coaching with the juniors over there and the QPR legend David Bardsley is working with him. I always thought that he was a legend in Oxford and in time went on to replace Dave Langan. Cost a lot of money at the time but all in all a good signing

I was watching the footy the other day through USA tv and there was something on Bardsley. He is living and coaching in the USA as you say. The bit about him focused on his QPR days.

He always seemed unruffled, like it was easy to him.

Think he got one cap for England (against Spain?), got injured in the first half and never played for England again if I remember rightly. He was a very good crosser of the ball.

Remember him well, used to walk his dog when he lived in Marcham - always seemed to be at home injured though!
