Wright, Worley and Gaughan presumably.
We've lost Day, Creighton and Futcher in the past week.
Paul McLaren can play there in an emergency.

Good luck to him. As Saunders says, decent player at Conference level.

Wright, Worley and Gaughan presumably. We've lost Day, Creighton and Futcher in the past week. Paul McLaren can play there in an emergency. Franks has gone back too. I guess we will see a new centre back coming in shortly. I'm pleased Wilder is thinning the squad a bit, a touch more all round quality and a bit less quantity is what was needed. We had too many players without a realistic chance of making the first team, players like Baker and Franks. I wouldn't be surprised to see one of our strike force depart either. Most clubs have four recognised front men, we have five with Green and I would imagine CW might be trying to loan him out or find a buyer. I'd then look to add an out and out winger in place of the unwanted fifth striker. Ship out Cole if anyone will take him and I'd would possibly look at discarding one of our current midfielders in favour of one with more goal output. Heslop aside we don't look to have a midfielder who knows where the net is. Most successfull sides will have midfielders contributing a combined goal tally of 20-25 to supplement the 40 odd your strikers should provide. We wont get anywhere near that from our current midfielders. The defence should chip in 10 too and I don't think we will make that either.

Best of luck to the Beast, his place in Yellow folklore is secure. Great contributions from the first to the last game of last season.

Good luck to the Beast. He wasalways going to leave due to his relationship with Wilder. Deano has picked up a very good player for nothing.
I think we have not heard the last of the Beast, one day he will make a good manager imo.

Sounds as if he wanted to go to get regular football. Leaves us a bit light in the centreback position though with Gaughan a bit of an unknown quantity so far. Maybe a target in the transfer window?
