The big Aldershot striker is in hot water. After heing hauled off yesterday and booed in the 2-1 loss to Hereford at the Rec, Morgan 'tweeted' that he hoped the Aldershot fans would go away and DIE. The problem is that one of Aldershot's most loyal and respected supporters had infact passed away shortly before yesterday's game The club are going to make a statement later today about Morgan who is being linked with a move away from Aldershot.

Shall we take him and hope he scores against his former side? I think not. What a terrible thing to say/tweet.

For a professional sportsman to tweet that is quite frankly the most stupid thing ever (although he isn't the first sportsman to use his twitter account to make a plonker of himself) and he will be no doubt transfer listed and shipped off.
It's not like we haven't had a first teamer use a social website to bring our own club into disrepute.
He is in fact a very good player, one which I have always liked but I don't think a striker is probably at the top of our list now we have MacLean, Beano, Craddock and Jack.

he'll probably come out and say it was banter again.
A disgusting footballer and a truly disgusting human being if he actually said those things.

I have always been impressed with Morgan when he has played against us. Rumour has it that he is off to Crawley - who of course urgently need a striker as they are down to just 6! As long as he isn't playing against us on Saturday I don't care where he goes! He is a very silly boy for dissing the supporters!

allegedly it gets better....
ALLEGEDLY he later tweeted wanting to meet supporters for a fight ;D
For now his twitter account is closed. That's one less striker we need to worry about on saturday then..should be a crawley player by then.

Massive wind up merchant and he always has been.
Hes a decent goal scorer. He got one of the best goals ive ever seen at the Kassam.
Terrible thing to say though. Ignore the fact that a fan died, you shouldnt be saying things like this anyway.

But how many strikers do Crawley need there never going to drop Tubbs with his constant flow of goals, Brodie is surely a good partner for Tubbs not sure who starts regularly with Tubbs but that will be six strikers if they do get Morgan.
Tubbs = 70k Brodie = 200K (seems to be a lot of different prices mentioned) wright = they payed big money for him aswell think the talk was of a conference record? Morgan = 50K looking more then likely now.
Not forgetting Cook don't know if he'll be there much longer.

Panther off to crawley as well possibly and 1 of their loan signings may be going back this week, so Aldershot will have a strange team on Sat

tbf, I believe he said "Like to thank the fans who booed me off the pitch. Where's that going to get you! I hope you all die!"
He was referring to the fans that booed him off the pitch, not all 'shot fans. I know footy supporters are a tetchy bunch and desperate to be offended by something but in context it wasnt too bad (and booing players off the pitch is a bit tw*tty). Personally I wouldnt put it in the same league as deering-gate (for example).

It's a pity you're not Aldershot's Chairman because the only way Marvin is getting out of trouble for this is if they can't see the seriousness of what he has done. If you can't see it, I'm a little concerned!

I bet a few of our players have some choice words for our fans at times.
I'm sure he didn't realise that fan died either, that's just infortunate

Of course it was an unfortunate coincidence, but considering all of the things screamed at footballers, or in fact what we and people around us say in normal life don't you think they and some of us/you are being a bit OTT with this. A couple of things most footballers are not are saintly or clever so nothing should ever suprise us. A typical case of mountains out of mole hills.

If you can't see it, I'm a little concerned! I can’t see the seriousness because, well, it’s just not serious! Marvs a bit of a tw*t clearly but he hasn’t stabbed anybody or even made verbal threats against anybody (even then its only serious if there is genuine intent). He made a blanket (daft) remark against a bunch of folk who, as it happens, where also behaving like tw*ts. I’m assuming he doesn’t know each individual personally so it’s hardly a comment that can be taken personally. You have to be particularly sensitive to be genuinely offended. All he’s done is made himself look stupid, I’d be happy to leave it at that.

Come on people. All that will happens is what always happens when a footballer commits this type of faux pas. Morgan will swiftly issue a contrite apolgy and all will be forgiven.
Add to that the fact that what he said was moronic, but could have been a lot worse (unfortunate coincidence aside) and i think all will be well there in time for him to score against us on Sat.

Latest is TVP are trying to issue a 3 year banning order for Gesturing and threat of cyber violence. By hacking into his account and making something up, they are confident of a result.
