Time to be realistic on where you think we will finish.
I honestly think we will finish 4th a point outside auto-matic promotion.

8th, a decent season with a good cup run that finishes with a good payday away to a big Premiership club. Foundations in place for a promotion push the season after.

i think we are good enough to finish in the play off positions but anywhere in the top 10 will be a good season for us

I think we're good enough to get into the play offs, would be happy enough with top half though.
9th

Well I think there isn't much difference between BSP and league two, so I think top half and play offs would be a good achievment.

OUFC will finish top of the table. Champions. Words my mark.

I have a hunch we will finish 9th.
We will be playoff's contenders again this season and it will go down to the wire. We will be 7th on our travels to New Meadow knowing a win against Shrewsbury would guarantee us a lottery shot at promotion.
But we will crank under pressure and our captain, James Constable scores a screamer of a own goal against his former side. In a moment of madness he retaliates like Eric Cantona, by doing a karate kick to a fan. We lose and finish 9th; our Captain is sold to our deadly nearby rivals for peanuts.
Don't worry it was only a nightmare. I hope.......

5th and either go out in the Home-Away tie or win the Play-offs. Losing at Wembley is not an option for OUFC!

I put 10th.
Mostly because it's so long ago that we played in the league that I am unsure of the standard! But, given that Luton would have come 11th without their deductions the season before last, and we are (obviously!) better than them, I put 10th.
However until we have played four or five matches I am finding it difficult to judge how we will REALLY do...

14th.
A tough first season with many lessons learnt for the following by Chris Wilder and his team. A few bright things to give encouragement, and on the whole, everyone will still be optomistic.

Seems to me a lot of people are over rating this Division -and underestimating the Squad CW has assembled. I suppose it's the result of there being a fair few 'new' supporters who have only seen (Up until Wembley.) third rate football from the U's and failure? Let's wait until we have played a dozen or so matches and see if that alters the attitude.

7th after a very un-Oxford-like strong finish to the season
