I said 2-1 England victory in the series. I thought the Melbourne test would be a draw but was wrong.
Anyway, you can't take anything away from England, they have been superb apart from Perth.

I predicted a 2-1 victory for England as weel, although I was right with my prediction that the Ashes would be retained with a victory in front of 90,000 convicts at the MCG! ;D

Been a great series!!
I am debating if we can do the Mitchell Johnson song for Ryan Clarke with all the actions!!
He dives to his left, he dives to his riiiiiight, Clarky's so good, he makes Joe Hart look shite.....
Debating to put the link and the words into the matches section!

I wonder if Australia will fare any better in the limited overs cricket? Alistair Cook is not in the England team for that.

Good century from Bell against the president's 11, remind me why Colly is still skip for limited overs?

Colly is only skipper for 20/20 team.
Reasoning Strauss did not want to play that form of the game and no-one other then KP (18 months ago) was a cert for the team. Bell was still getting better and Trott not really around then.
Strauss is limited overs captain - he just was rested yesterday (I believe he stayed with his wife for a week)
