Go to lunch, sleep till start of play after tea.. So if it's 23-00 start bed at 1am up at 4am or drinks after tea which will be5am last session is always longer due to overates so you'll get a fair chunk.

I really hope we can finish this and win the series, will be a bit of an anti-climax if we only come away with a draw now.

A draw is fine though as it means we win the series. If the match is rain affected a draw could be an option, although England do have a batting collapse available if they choose it.
