Can't wait to see us skittle the rest of them. The Ashes are still ours, outplayed them again in their own back yard.
The Ozzie dominance of the 90's was painful, about time we returned the favour.
Revenge will be sooo sweet.

Delighted to keep the ashes. What a change this series has been to the last one in Aus!
It's been a great team effort.
We need to build on this though. Bring on India.

Well worth staying up the last three nights....I still have an english inferiority complex though. When Siddle and Haddin got going I started imagining a 300 partnership and us getting skittled for under 100!

Loved last night and the whole series!
We have been immense and deserve to win. I hope we push on and clinch the series as after dominating so much - it would be a shame if we just 'drew' with this team as we are better.
So need to draw or win in Sydney. Personally think, win the toss and bat long and then you can't really lose.
The real challenge is how to take this to the next level and to try and become the number one test team in the World. The Aussies are not here for 2 and 1/2 years so we can afford to forget about them for 18 months before the planning starts again to keep the trophy.
India and Sri Lanka will be really tough the Summer but if we were to win those two series - I would imagine we would be up to 3rd in the world if not 2nd. Though I think realistically - it will be tough to win both.
Before this we also have the one day series in Australia to look forward to prior to the World Cup. The guys in the squad who play both forms (which is about everyone except Cook, Trott and Panasar I think?) should be really pumped off this for a good World Cup.
Still, can't get ahead of ourselves - lets finish the job in Sydney.
On a seperate note - anyone watch Swanny's diaries on You Tube. If not - give yourself 45 mins and watch them. I was laughing hard yesterday. The one he has just recorded - I am pretty sure he is wrecked in it! Then again, he does admit to having just sunk 5 Jaiger Bombs.....

Fantastic night, it feels great this morning knowing that the urn is coming back with the lads (well it never really left Lord's, but you know what I mean). Let's finish the job now, and take the series.

India and Sri Lanka will be really tough the Summer but if we were to win those two series - I would imagine we would be up to 3rd in the world if not 2nd. Though I think realistically - it will be tough to win both. I heard that if we win the 5th Test, and India go on to win the 3rd in South Africa, we'll be up to joint 2nd in the world already. Beat Sri Lanka & India in the summer (who we drew & lost to respectively last time they were here) and we'll not be far off the top........ Bring the Urn home We'll bring the urn ho-ome With Strauss as our captain We're going to bring the urn home. ;D

Rolf Harris, Kylie Minogue, Dame Edna, Elle McPherson, David Campese, Peter Andre, Tim Cahill, Skippy the Kangeroo - Your boys took one helluva a beating!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Abolutely loved it, and what better place to do it than the home of Australian cricket - The MCG. Let's hope we can go on and win the series though. 3-1 has a nice ring to it. Well played boys.
