I thought I would top up my vitamin b intake as it's good
for the brain etc. I bought some tablets from Holland & Barrett...
I am now p!ssing bright YELLOW urine - have I got a problem ??

The colour is unbelievable - almost luminous.
The energy levels are much higher too, though.

Its completely normal, Vit B does that. If you want to scare yourself drink loads of beetroot juice!
