I had these bloody trees in our garden and it cost around £500 to take them down. Now have pyracantha and berberis which is much better for everyone concerned. The only good thing I can say is they can be used to mulch. The best thing to with these useless trees is to build a big fire and burn the lot

Then you've got a significant decrease in sunlight coming through to your lounge (assuming that overlooks the front window). It also mentions that he built a 3 metre wall around his property, but lack of planning permission meant it had to be pulled down. To be blunt, the guy is a selfish bar steward who thinks of no-one but himself. I hope the council send the chainsaws round soon.

In all seriousness, if you are unlucky enough to end up with a fool like that living next door to you then it must be a frigging nightmare. Imagine if you wanted to sell your house! That jungle isn't going to land you with a good price!

My neighbour has recently put up a 4-5 meter flag pole up in his front garden, it looks ridiculous and all you can hear when the wind gets up is the pinging sound of the rope on the pole, drives me nuts.
Some people are just wa*kers.

What is this Alvand guy, a f#cking vampire? Presumably there's no natural light getting into the front of his house at all.
Perhaps someone could pay some of the local chavs to 'accidentally' start a fire at the base of his forest?
