I see so let me get this right, it's okay for muslim extremists to demonstrate in Britain, but when the English want to demonstrate against the islamification in this country they have their civil rights crushed how is that fair jut goes to show muslim extremists have more rights than the rest in this country these days doesnt it .

What a ridiculous, sterotypical post from a classic daily mail reader. There is no need for the EDL to march on Bradford except to cause trouble. It is not your right to cause trouble just because you are a White Christian. And the laughable 'Daily Mail' language you've used looses the argument before you begin.

But if you put it into straight hard facts and compare the two.

Would the Muslims of Bradford or anyother city in England be allowed to demonstrate like the edl are wanting? Would they be treated like the edl?

Would they hell...

Would the police use the same level of force against the Muslim protester? Again, I doubt it very much they would all be fearing the backlash of a race hate campaign.

Whilst I'm not a fan of danny c and his various interests or do I read the said paper. I feel they both have a strong case and one that deserves a decent reply and reasons put across for and against...

Maybe I shouldn't have been so dismissive, but this 'flash point' language gets my goat as they say.

In my opinion anyone who wants to demonstrate solely to cause trouble should get this treatment. You have the right to peacefully protest in this country and I feel that anyone should be able to do that whether I agree with them or not, but the EDL have not been able to do this on the evidence so far.

Unfortunately for the EDL they are the victims of their own marketing in a way. They set their stall out early and will now find it very hard to be taken seriously because of it.
