All this chat but does anyone know what the Virgin deal actually is: Whats it worth? What does it provide Virgin/OUFC? Perimeter advertising? Programme advertising? Player sponsorship? I've seen nothing concrete. No smart comments about a 'concrete' 4th stand

Virgin Atlantic stewardesses are gorgeous. Tsk. There speaks a man who's never been on: - Qatar Airways
- Cathay Pacific
- Thai
- early (pre-munter) Emirates
- Kenya Airways
- some SAA flights
- allegedly Singapore
Not to mention that MEA has gorgeous sporty middle-aged wimmin, and Gulf used to fly a decent crew of Geordie & Irish stunnahs. Virgin girls are snotty and full of shit. If I want to get insulted while flying I'll get an expert to do it, a leathery ole BA dyke. You can't beat 'em; I know, I've tried. I disagree. I've known a few socially, and they were all nice... maybe you're just a difficult passenger!

I never travel on Public transport, far too many smelly itinerants. Fortunately one has a Private jet at my disposal and so i avoid the riff raff.

[quote author=malcolmnl board=management thread=941 Have to disagree about KLM. Both my neighbour and my daughter in law are stewardesses for KLM. I've seen better. [/quote] I hope your son doesn't read this then... I'm sure he'd be thrilled with that comment!

I can't get the quote thing to work as well on here as it did on old TiU!

The stewardesses in Upper Class were pretty fit when I visited Jamaica last year. Almost made up for missing the Luton home game - NOT. The few times I have flown with VA have been comfortable and I am pleased to see that there is now a link with OUFC so next time I'm on a playboy mission then I will endeavour to use their services.

The stewardesses in Upper Class....... Poor L&P'll have a fit when he reads that. BA upgraded me to Business Class once. The stewardesses weren't materially fitter, though possibly plumper.

The good news was that it was not an upgrade but the even better news that I was being paid by Virgin to be in that cabin! All a bit hush hush so I can say no more

Anyone ever flown Concorde? No, but have flown some horrific planes in Indonesia, how they got off the ground I will never know!

Brilliant thread, totally off topic now but funny! My wife has a friend who is a stewardess for Easy Jet and she is everything you'd expect of an Easy Jet trolley Dolly...

Air Uganda. Comparable with the Bugarian airline Dropawingov. Good luck.
