I've never seen anything like it for a top four side. They've been run ragged by a journeyman Hungarian playing as a lone striker. Priskin should have had three.
Arenal will no doubt rectify the situation at home but even championship sides, Leeds and Ipswich, are giving them problems.

Vermaelen is sorely missed.

They are being undone every time the ball is hit long over the top. Edwards was clean through with just the keeper to beat and should have made it 2-0 and put the tie out of reach because Ipswich will score at The Emirates.

Credit to Ipswich but their goal was yards offside.

Credit to Ipswich but their goal was yards offside. Chesney(cant be bothered to look up spelling) was a yard out of the box when he caught it earlier

Arsenal have got 2 defeats coming up against barcelona. I think its quite possible they could lose as many as 20 games this season.
meanwhile up at OT...........

CB at Arsenal are a joke.
Surely Wenger needs to buy 2 and ship out Koscielny (however its spelt).
Looked terrible at the back.
That being said Baldy, they could lose 20 games in all comps and still go very close in the Premier league......

It's embarrassing that Arsenal even have Koscielny anywhere near the first XI. When you can reel off the likes of Bould, Adams, Keown, Kolo Toure, Campbell, Cole and so on who have represented Arsenal in defence in the past, it's an embarrassment to mention Laurent Koscielny in the same sentence as those above.
It was a pretty poor game on the eye. Arsenal had no end product at all (Bendtner must go) and Ipswich played to the strengths they had - by booting it long to Priskin and trying to use the pace of the one-dimensional Carlos Edwards. For their second half performance, Ipswich thoroughly deserved their win.
Sky were bigging it up a bit too much though. Still everything to play for at the Emirates.

Arsenal don't care much for defending, they are an all out attack side. You score one we'll score two etc....

You would expect Arsenal to over turn it but Ipswich have a chance based on what we saw tonight. They will be forced to defend deep by the sheer amount of possession Arsenal will have but any long, booted clearance will give them a chance to score. Nothing fancy will be needed by Ipswich, just dig in, whack it clear and absolute carnage wil ensue in the middle of the Arsenal defence.
That game tonight will have opened a fair few Premiership eyes because get a striker prepared to chase and work his nuts off and anything looks possible.

Couldn't believe what I was watching at both ends... It was school boy stuff at the back.. Up the other end why were arsenal looking for the glory goal. Fabregas was clean through inside the box yet tried an impossible pass... Why??
