I'm sure Ryan Clarke, Dannie Bulman, Damien Batt and Matt Green will be starters too.

Probably Hall and Cole, leaving decisions over Tonkin / Kinniburgh, Creighton / Worley / ?Franks, and a third in midfield

I rather suspect it will be as close to the Wembley team as Wilder can get save for those that have left or are injured. A 4-3-3 formation with a back four of Tonkin, Creighton, Wright and Batt. A midfield of Bulman, Heslop (in place of Chapman) and Asa Hall (in place of Clist assuming he is not fit). The front three will be Beano, Midson and Green. There are certain variations that might be used such as the introduction of Potter and LSD or Cole late in the match.

I think the midfield 3 will be Hall, Bulman and Heslop.
The left back position is a close call. I'll be surprised if Creighton doesn't start alongside Wright. Batt has the right back slot in the bag.
Beano is a definite starter. Cole has pace and is left footed so will probably start on the left of the front three. Green will probably get the nod over Midson as Green has more of a goal threat.

Midson's place is the one most at risk with Potter or Cole the possible replacement. Let's see who does well or gets injured tonight.

I reckon if Midson doesn't get the nod for the first game his confidence will take hellava knock.
He played his way back into the team at the tail end of last season and i for one always thought we looked better with him.
He deserves to start and then it is up to him to keep his place, if he then goes onto lose it then only has himself to blame
