Are you suprised? Even in 2001 they reckoned just illegal gambling in China totalled 20 billion HKD (1.5 billion GBP). Gambling on football is huge here in Asia. Official gambling on football is allowed here in HK through the HKJC and reports say more is gambled on football than any other sport. As mentioned before, at one horse racing meeting here, nearly 1 billion HKD is gambled. Off the top of my head, I would conservatively estimate every weekend, across Asia around 200 million GBP is wagered on football.
With that amount of money being bet, plus the influences of organised crime like the Triads, Koreans and Yazuka it wouldnt suprise me to see cheating and corruption in football

Well I wish the Triads and Yakuza would let me in on it so coral.co.uk can stop being a weekly waste disposal unit for my money...

You moan about nani. Explain the Eboue one Didn't watch the game, but if he's cheating/feigning injury, the FA should charge him. Stop being silly and charging people over their Twittering and ban the cheats. Junior/Baldy, would you call for a ban for Nani if/when he next cheats?

Yes, IMO it should be a blanket punishment across English football...

If the bloke cheated (I've not seen the incident so I don't know if he did or not) then throw the book at him, along with all the other cheats. If you want to criticise players from one team cheating then you have to criticise your own.
