any ideas what price the shirt is currrently at? Looks like it will be a "blind" auction. So bids are only seen at the end?

The idea is that everyone makes just one bid, the highest amount u are willing to pay for the shirt. Then bids will be read on Jan 30th, highest bid will be contacted and given the chance to pay for the shirt within 7 days, failure to pay means the next highest bid will be contacted. Jack very kindly gave me the shirt, and has confirmed this on the facebook pages links above. So please bid, and bid high! All money is raised in memory of Finnley Froude, my friends baby who passed away in the JR in June aged 5 months.

We have received a nice bid in from someone now. Come on Peeps, surely Jack Midson's wembley shirt is worth a punt? You never know you could get it for a very good price! Email your bids in today. This is genuinely Jack's shirt. I will be trying to get him to verify this again on his facebook page next week. Its all for a very good cause. My friends lost 2 babies in the space of a year at the JR.

How fantastic this is and I hope alot of money is raised for this good cause....
Just to inform everyone all the players got 2 shirts - BOTH were warn on the day (first and second half). One of which should have been returned by the player to the club to sell/keep. Some players (not mentioning any names - but according to my source it cost the chairman a bit of cash) "lost" both shirts. So you may find that Jacks other shirt turns up somewhere one day... I'm telling you this so that the winner of the shirt doesn't think that they have been ripped off in any way...As I said BOTH shirts were warn on the day
Happy Bidding.

Foxy................ i have just placed a bid.......... how far away from the highest bid am i (i will keep my bid confidential) Gary / AKA Lincolnyellow1 I don't know! I have made a bid myself as I don't want the shirt to leave my bedroom! The email goes direct to the Father who lost his 2 babies. I am not allowed to know the bids or values, as don't want to be done for cheating if I were to win! However I was told during the week they had received a substantial bid! Which is great for the charity, but prob meaning I won't win it! Also the company which the father works for have said they will match whatever the highest bid is and donate the same value, which means the shirt could potentially raise a lot of money! (The company do not want to actually bid on the shirt, just will donate the same amount of money). So sorry I can't help! Your in same situation as me!!
