I have no doubt that the minutes will be available shortly.
I would question your "full 4 weeks" as you obviously are choosing to ignore the Christmas and New Year Holiday periods.

The fact is that tomorrow the 10th of January is a full 4 weeks from the date of the meeting. Are you telling me that a business man who owns a very successful rugby club takes a week of of his diary because of 3 days?? Sorry Maurice but these notes were not the equivalent of war & peace. As a committee member maybe you can shed some light as to the hold up??

As HeadingtonTrev said on the other thread when this has been discussed he has been away and others have alluded to IL having a family issue to deal with. Also, as the notes aren't the equivalent of 'War & Peace' they won't be a top priority and he may just have Christmas/New Year as a holiday like many other people in this country. Why is it essential that you have to see them asap as you keep raising the subject (serious question)?

Well it was worth the wait.
Club valued at £5m and the owner not adverse to a share offer to the fans. A supporter on the board would be a great move forward and from the notes IL would have no objection to this happening.
The club will have to operate in the black and Championship football in 5 years ( league 1 in 2 years) No outstanding debt and profit by the end of this season. Great stuff.
Stadium ownership in 18 months (no idea as to where the money will be raised)
Its all looking good we have an owner that is in it for the long term.
A few questions:-
What % of the club would Oxvox like to buy??
When did the 2 year target set for promotion to div1 start, beginning of this season or start of next??
When did the 5 year target set for promotion to the Championship start, beginning of this season or start of next??
How is a club that has a debt of £4m valued at £5m??? or is the club now totally debt free??

A couple of points from seekeroftruth's post.
The stadium purchase is on schedule within the next 18 months. This does not equate to ownership. It may well be kept separate from the club. Truth is we don't know and probably won't till it actually happens.
Also I'm not sure where it states that IL is here for the long haul. He still remains alarmingly vague on this point as I read it. At least when he does get rid we are in a much better position to attract decent interest.
The idea of a fan board member is certainly a good move forward and one that would hopefully open up communication channels.

It doesn't state that IL is in it for the long haul but it does state that the Lenagan family is in it for the long haul. Given that Simon and Adrian Lenagan (presumably his sons) are directors, maybe he wants to pass it on to them at some stage.
All in all, quite positive meeting notes, it's good to hear that we're financially stable, and a sensible 5 year plan is in place. Interesting comment about there being no recriminatory dismissals should we not hit our targets, given how many managers have departed in the last couple of weeks - of course this meeting was held long before the merry-go-round began. It sounds like CW has a job for life unless he really messes up big style. That's if we can keep him of course!
