FA Cup third round will always throw up a few. Here's my tips, divided into two categories:
Major shocks: Barnsley to win at West Ham Southampton to beat Blackpool Doncaster to beat Wolves Leeds to draw at Arsenal Stevenage to draw with Newcastle
Minor shocks: QPR draw at Blackburn Notts County draw at Sunderland Brighton to beat Portsmouth Hull to beat Wigan Sc*nthorpe draw with Everton

I'm going to the Reading v West Brom game with a Baggie mate who I have brought to an Oxford game in the past.
I'll obviously be wanting West Brom to win but I have a feeling that Reading could cause a minor upset. Hope I'm wrong.
Major shock?
Liverpool to beat Man Utd (seriously - not fishing Baldy. Kenny back in - no real expectation - Man Utd not playing at the top of their game)

I'm going for 5-2 to Man U in a goal fest.

Didn't realise Hodgson had been sacked. I will revise my prediction:
Man U 1 Liverpool 0
I'm sure the team bus would have been parked in the car park with Roy in charge, now it will be on the pitch.

Dalglish factor in the Man u - Liverpool game? Although not certain that is a third round FA cup shock in the unlikely event it happens, they are in the same league. Millwall at home to Birmingham perhaps? Notts county away at Sunderland is a long shot but is not impossible.

Dalglish is a bit of a dinosaur and an oddball as well, I doubt he'll have any effect on the side
Can't see Liverpool getting anything there
I think Sc*nthorpe have a great chance

One of the issues Liverpool fans had with Hodgson was he was too defensive, with an awful away record (not just Liverpool - but his whole career). Kenny will have very little to lose. I think he'll go for it.

One up front and every player will be running around like a maniac.

Was at the Bolton v York game yesturday, and York very nearly pulled off a shock! Bolton had to bring on Kevin Davies and Elmander in order to win them the game, York played very well and deserved a draw and a replay at least.
