I know this is a problem at a lot of football grounds up and down the country, but there is a serious lack of staff and food in the concourse atm. Can only speak for the mail stand as thats the one I sit in, but I imagine the others are just as bad. The metal shutters down today on one side again, and the queue is taking longer than the half time interval.
Does the money generated still go to Kassam?
If not, we could do with sorting this pretty sharpish.

The money generated has NEVER gone to Kassam it goes to the operators, Lindleys, who then pay rent to the Stadium Company in the same way that OUFC do for using the ground, or in the same way that The Priory pay rent to Kassam for their premises.

There was a news story a few years ago saying that catering revenue would be shared with the club.
It is a shame that on one of the busiest days of the season the OM stand catering had one set of shutters down.
I'd had a burger nearly two hours before kick-off at the Priory, and would have liked a halftime pie or bovril or both.

I got into Mail end at about 2 45. And was told that Apparently that metal shutter was stuck and couldn't open up? Pathetic if true. Not that i eat anything in the ground anyway.

It would seem odd that a number of metal shutters across the stadium simultaneously got stuck on the same day when labour costs would be double the norm.

That's the catering that is provided directly by the Stadium Company, i.e. pre-match meals and exec boxes, not the kiosks on the concourses or chuck wagons outside the ground
