Get Cottonsocks to get it and burn it. Then put it on YouTube please He could save it 'till the next home game and have a ceremonial pre-match shirt burning. That'd really get the rozzers excited.

I think we need an update pretty damn quick. How can this have been allowed to drag on? Loads of Oxford fans must pass the statue every day.
The statue will need disinfecting now.

The problem is, that no decent Oxford fan would lower themselves to touch a scum shirt.
Can someone get one of the Thames water employess from the sewerage farm to do it? They're used to dealing with sh!t!!!!

Ahh this takes me back!
Back around 93-95 we had a midweek game vs WBA.
I was at college at the time and it was snowing, so as we were bored we drove all the way to Swindon, entered the ground and left an Oxford scarf in one of their stands ready for their game that night.
Got back to Abingdon round 5ish to find out our game had been called off :-(
Good effort by the scum fan to be fair, but it defo needs removing in a messy youtube manner!

What are we going to do by way of payback?
Do you guys think burning the county ground down is going too far?

Good plan. As the prevailing wind blows predominantly from the west it might carry the fallout over reading too!

... Isnt there cctv footage available of the criminally damaging act of defacing a statue ? ... oh, wait a minute, how stupid of me, Im forgetting TVP only use that option to prosecute oxford supporters, any one else can commit ANY public order or for that matter more serious offence on TVP's patch without any fear of arrest... as we are all only too aware

If an Oxford fan had done the same in Swindon, TVP would be arresting the person and they would end up in court.
This should have been put in the matches section. The fact the shirt remained for so long is ridiculous, and whoever put it there must be having a real laugh at us. If i had known, id have driven down there and taken it down myself. Why no one did staright away is beyond me
