Im a northerner and I can whinge all i want about you softy southerners being unable to cope with a bit of the white stuff. Up here, where its snowed about an inch there's no trouble yet you lot can't cope with a foot! Seriously though, the coverage of anywhere north of the watford gap is seriously mediocre, not just with regards to snow but many other things. That said, coverage of anything west of reading isn't great either. You have to spare a thought for the welsh though. In aberystwyth, where i'm at uni, they had the 'worst snow in decades' which consisted of about half an inch of powder which melted after about eight hours. This was however still enough to stop the trains, knacker the buses and shut the university... That's what an ex girlfriend once said to me........ Who's ex-girlfriend?

Well, no. It's not comparative at all. There are 5 million Scots in England for a start, and Rangers have a huge following, unlike Port Talbot or Glanavon. That cant be right surely? Thats nearly as many as live in Scotland, dodgy stat that. Not really. The Scots can't wait to get out of Scotland most of the time. ;D ;D ;D ;D
