Changing too 422 with Craddock and Maclean as the front 2 is a winning system. The lack of offsides also became obvious with the front 2.
We have the players at the club, its the system that has been wrong.
If we do go on to win, keep the 442 with the same 2 up front and the same starting line up subject to injury too Wright.
Well done to the lads.
PS why bring on two subs win only 8mins left???

It is also a risky tactic when the team is on top. It can backfire as it did at Luton last season. Paynes first touch nearly caused us to go down to 10 men. The team was on top and we did not need to bring on 2 subs at once. If time wasting was the ploy then bring one on and another in the last few mins not change 2 players at the same time.

4-4-2 seemed much more effective last night and the likes of Craddock, McLean, Beano and Green would play better in such a formation.

It started off as 4-1-4-1 before Wilder changed to 4-4-1-1 and 4-4-2. The performance really happened when we changed to 2 up top.

I still think Wilder is thrashing around trying to find a system that suites the players he has gathered together. He doesn't really want to go away from 4-3-3, but he may be forced to now.

442 is what we'e been crying out for we looked like a different side. I think we can really push up the table if we stick to 442.
