Just checked. There's not been a single post on the new OM forum today. Looks well and truly buried. They must be bricking themselves. There was, but it was swiftly deleted. Yeah, Pogue - it was from you, telling them they'd dropped a bollock! One post in the day, and they had to delete it! ;D ;D ;D

Congratulations Yellows on creating 'The New TIU' forum. Kinda getting used to this forum. I don't really care about the demise of TIU - They can go f*** themselves! This is much better.

Yes the new TIU set-up is a real dogs dinner. This is much better. Usual story of IT experts not involving users at beginning of process.

As expected it's been deleted. Well the mods haven't got much to do except wait for that sort of comment.

When even Danny C doesn't like it, you know that you're in trouble.
It's going down the pan and this will be the place to be.
One concern, these boards aren't the most 'searchable' boards in the world, so is there anything that can be done to make this site appear in Google search lists? Of course everyone will have made this site a favourite by now, but to attract all the old regulars back we need a bit of a campaign too.

Isn't that an expensive business, moving up the Google search engine? Oxkits appears quite often in google searches for oufc related items and it didn't cost a penny. Just need to get the site registered with Google and then, basically, the more occurrances of the searched for words on the site the higher it appears in the list.

The member count is now up to 271 and it seems most of the regulars have now moved over to this forum. I'd say about 50% of those joined yesterday as well as word got around. Well done Yellows for sorting the forum, hopefully it will go on to be the massive success TiU was. It’s almost unbelievable that the member count is now at 695 after only just over one week 400+ members have been added. Great job Yellows I hope you and your family are prepared for the amount of work involved. In my opinion it is time to get some discrete adverts on board or have a link for people to make donations. Controversial I know but this site does not run its self.

Hi edgecam you are my family now! From the beginning I never intended 'Yellows the Administrator' to be me, as such, but more of a fans franchise, where in say 6 months or a year, if this forum is still up and running, 'Yellow the Administrator' will pass on the baton and the keys to the next willing fan who would like to run the forum. But first we have to see whether the forum last that long. Things are going well at the moment, but you never know.
