Does anybody else like me think that they look a bit naff?
It's a great idea don't get me wrong and alot of effort went into it but from the North Stand looking over they just look a bit weak.

Not entirely impressed. They needed to be bigger to cover up more of the concrete and certainly needed to be put up straight ! They look too 'stuck on'.
Also what's going to happen if we win the league this year? Are they all going to be shuffled sideways to accommodate a new board?
It's a good idea and helps to make the stadium look a bit more like home, but I think it could have been done better really. I appreciate the effort though, perhaps I'll come to love them (but straighten that 1986 pronto!)

OxVox - great work..... ....but you missed out the Daily Express 5-a-side and the Guiness Soccer Six from 1985 & 1986 respectivley Seriously, should Div 2 (now Lge 1) runners up 1995/96 be up there?

What might make them look better. If there was a possibility of painting that entire strip of concrete that they are attached to Yellow? Would look much more effective. But I suppose as tennants we would have to ask permission.

A good idea that adds to the stadium infrastructure, looking more like home.

I don't think 2nd or even 3rd place counts, last May being the exception as we're talking into the League. We have other promotions that weren't included.

Does anybody else like me think that they look a bit naff? No - they look OK...far better than concrete! Well done to all involved in this.

They are a good addition to the ground, they add colour and a talking point about our history. Lets hope that this development, allows fans to improve the stadium, as it looks run-down.
I don't think it should be criticised, well done to whoever was involved in making it happen. Probably took some persuading to happen, assuming the stadium company had to approve it.
Always worth remembering our 'past', especially 1986!
