Best regards Web support looks like it will be the same all season, so we miss the last hour, radio Oxford must be allowed to broadcast from 5-6 Looks like we need to all contact BBC Radio Oxford then to get the last hour sorted for future matches. |

RadOx don't have any choice in the matter. It's a Football league contract with the provider and not in RadOx's hands to change anything.

Obviously a standard reply to anybody that complains. I doubt they even read it. So I have sent a message to the club. I refuse to be ripped off for £34.99 so I am going to boycott the next 5 home matches that I would have attended. I may not recover the wasted money, but the club will lose more if they continue their association with yellow player. They are disgustingly appalling. |

Yellow Player claim they only have the rights to play the commentary, but I turned Yellow Player on at 2pm and got the full hour build up and then the match commentary, but it then cut off. The reason I thought it was worth contacting Radio Oxford was if Yellow Player say it's only the commentary that they have the exclusive rights too then surely Radio Oxford should be able to broadcast their pre and post match coverage. Equally they say in their standard reply they only cover the match, then why did I get the build up? It is annoying that we are now paying (on top of our license fee) and actually getting less coverage on matchday when unable to attend the match. If Yellow Player are stating they are only obligated to broadcast the commentary then why can't Radio Oxford broadcast the coverage before and after. |
