The worst thing about JR not being on BBC anymore is that he gets replaced by c*nts like Graham Norton.

Jonathan Ross is not actually a comedian he is a television presenter who has never done stand up, he might of once been funny but the last few years of his chat show were painfully unfunny. While I agree that Americans dont get Gervais and I cant see what he said that was that offensive can you name anything that he has been in lately that was very good? He has become as showbiz as the people he sends up.

He has become as showbiz as the people he sends up. Well it's all about opinions, isn't it? Ross is not a comedian but a consummate professional at what he does and I was sad to see him go. Everything I've seen Gervais in I've enjoyed - The Office, Extras, stand up shows (Politics, Animals ....). I don't know how good he is in feature films. Sadly this seems to be where he's heading. |

Money and fame seems to ruin a lot of comedians, perhaps they are like footballers in that they are only at their peak for a short time?
