SWINDON Town Football Company Limited will today contest a £300,000 lawsuit brought against it by former Town advisor Mike Diamandis at the Court of Appeal.
Diamandis, the advisor to Sir Seton Wills who helped negotiate BEST Holdings’ ill-fated takeover attempt of the club in 2007, claims the Company owes him the six-figure sum.
The High Court ruled in favour of Diamandis at the first hearing of the case, a decision which incensed the Robins hierarchy.
Anything that incenses the Swinetown hierarcy is OK by me.

I hate them as much as the next son of Oxford but do we really want them to go bust?
I certainly don't!!!! We'd miss them far too much.
I'd settle for a 5 year transfer embargo, enforced relegation to the CONference and years of non-league suffering for our hated neighbours!

The court ruled in Swindon's favour according to a Swindon fan I work with. However, Diamandis has said he will pursue other options against them.
