So out of interest does anyone know what kind of cash monies flights are going for? Well up for a bit of Boston but flights alone may well finance ST and away games for 2011/12. If that's the case I only have to save for 2 seasons and we will be playing LA Galaxy.
Although I have seen some great credit card "offers" then I could do everything.

The club really should do some deals for fans to book tickets thro them as they have the deal with Virgin Atlantic. When English teams play away in Europe, Fans do it thro the club. And it's all so much cheaper.

I flew to Boston on Virgin flight in October, returning from different airport, but the flight cost about £420.

And it's all so much cheaper. Got to say you have it wrong with this. Most clubs use somebody like Thompson or Thomas cook sport and they tend to only do day trips which work out very expensive! for example Man city this season I know of somebody that booked within 15 minutes of the draw and paid under £140 for their flights for all the group games. the day trip to Poland cost nearly double that. If this goes ahead I am thinking of running a trip. it will however depend on how many people are interested. If you wish to see info and pictures of previous trips I have organised then please take a look at www.englandfanstravel.co.ukBefore anybody accuses me of jumping in and trying to make money please take a look at the website and hopefully you will see that is not why it was set up.I am also a ST holder at Oxford and only want to help people out.

According to the Seacoast site Oxford will play 3 games in 8 days in the US during mid July. Seacoast are sending a party of 20 to the UK later this month and will watch the Cheltenham match.

Funnily enough my family was planning a short break out in Boston sometime in June or July. We'll have to plan very carefully!

any idea when it will be? Presumably when the players come back for pre-season, so early to mid-July, gives us the chance to get some home friendlies before start of season at start of August?

It's a pity one of them is being played behind closed doors for those that go to all the effort go over there.

What sort of crowds do they get? What league are they in? Do they have just the one College type stand down the side?
