1) An excellent result. The Southend game seems a long time ago. Who'd have thought after that game that we'd win away to both Torquay and Aldershot?
2) Beano looked a better option than Midson. If only he could time his runs a little better. He vwas offside three times in five minutes shortly after coming on.
3) Jake Wright looked strong. A neutral friend at the match was very impressed.
4) An all round good performance. Playoffs anyone?

We need to believe in our play abit more, at times today when we kept playing long balls we started to look quite poor but as soon as we started to play the ball on the ground pass and move we looked dangerous.
So if we continue to win the confidence will continue to rise I don't see why not.

Thought we were spot on today, very solid. Not thinking of playoffs but a top half finish would be great.

Midson of course had to start after Torquay, which meant Constable had to go on the bench. I thought we looked exposed at the back and prone to counterattacks. The Shots frequently had men wide and in space and had a lot of possession after the OG. We were lucky not to concede a few times. Going forward we looked dangerous, but lacked a killer instinct in the box. Ref was OK in terms fouls, but seemed to me he preferred getting his yellow cards out for our players. The second half swap of Constable for Midson gave us a bit more physical presence, but the offside rule meant Constable wasted several opportunities.

At times our play and passing was very good. But to often we tried walking it into the box and were scared to shoot from edge of box. when we did we nearly scored thro Hall and Payne

Thought we looked very solid today, wright and Worley looked to be back to their best, thought clist was excellent he was everywhere, midson ran his socks off but looked tired on a very sticky and bumpy pitch, can say one thing about craddock, he is a goalscorer and wins us games

Thought Jake Wright had a great game down at Torquay, so pleased to hear he managed to continue that into yesturday.
What was Payne like when he came on? also how did Craddock play? was delighted to see him get on the scoresheet again. Craddock doesn't deserve the stick he gets, he is an excellent finisher and wins us matches, but still that doesn't seem to be enough for some fans!

Payne was good when he came on, looking dangerous around the edge of Aldershot's box. Craddock was quiet, but back tracked when he had to, although he can't tackle for toffee. The critical thing was his ability to find space in the box for Maclean to pick him out. As with Port Vale, it was a calm finish - on radox he explained his thinking and how he deliberately kept his shot low.

Hardly heard Craddocks name mentioned on radio in the 2nd half, but glad he was on the pitch.

Did anyone get kicked out for the smoke bomb after Tommy's goal?

Don't think so, but pretty sure someone was chucked out earlier on.

Another thought - who was Josh Payne's mate in the side terrace at the end?

Payne did well when he came on and was unfortunate not to net a stunning third goal when his dipping volley from 20 yards just went over the bar with Shots 'keeper Jamie Young a virtual spectator.
Payne was involved in the goal too.
