With premium tv having the online broadcast rights for league football does anyone know if Jack fm will still broadcast commentary via their iPhone app? must be a legal loophole with this somewhere?!
If your using the iphone get the TuneIn Radio app, they have bbc oxford. But i havn't heard jack fm mention the league games at all - like the first post only heard the manure game advertised.

Don't know if that will work, hope so as it helped me out plenty of times last season.

Was out for a meal with Selfy and a few others from Jack FM last week, and I can confirm that the Big Banana will be available on the Radio and via an iphone app.

Why would anyone choose to listen on Jack over Radio Oxford?
Because in their opinion it's better listening, I have never heard a match day commentary because I watch games, but the better half really likes the way Jack fm present their show and prefers it over radio Oxford.

Oh yes I know, hang out with all the big knobs me!

If I can listen to league matches without paying for shitty service I'll give it a go.
Ditto. As an exile living outside of Radio Oxford's range, I find it galling that I can no longer listen online to their broadcasts unless I subscribe to ptv. If Jack FM are doing it I'll be listening to them instead.
If your not in Oxford, pay for yellow world, money goes to the club.and listen to radox, If i cant get to the matches as an exile, ime still supporting my team. I love radio Oxford

I listened to JackFM last night, they seemed good, until it came to interviewing Wilder. The sound kept cutting out, Selfy had to stand higher to get a signal to the mic.
I always found that their commentary wasn't as good as Radio Oxford's. It wasn't as clear, and it was more like a couple of lads having a laugh at the match, compared to someone who should be describing what's happening on the pitch.
I think the games not being broadcast online is a national rule due to the PTV contract rather than just applying to Radio Oxford, might be wrong though. Surprised Jack haven't mentioned it either way.
