Just to keep everyone up to date, today's scores between me and dichio were:
Spain 4 vs England 2, he only had 2 shots all game and scored them.
And
Ireland 2 vs England 0
both won by me
tbh I wouldn't have put the scores up if he beat me 5-0 both times.
Not a bad player, need to improve the passing and stop picking England, there crap

Well done you, dont know how you won that last game though, thanks for putting the scores up here, i owe you for that ;D Ive been playing coach mode today, made it the qf of the d5 cup. up against grimsby town atm....enjoying the banter ;D |

Yea I was shocked to, Ireland have a crap team. 1 was a lucky finish anyway.
I've heard a whisper about 2 very good players, ratings are 73/74 but from what I've heard they're very good. 1 ss and 1 amf, quite cheap at about 2.5 mill each. Think I might give the amf a go first and if he's any good I'll go for the striker. Not sure how realiable the source is.
Just invested in D'Agostino dm/amf played 1 game with him and he looks very usefull, great passer of the ball, something my midfield can't do. I'm convinced the have no idea what team they play for.
Am going to try and play at least 2 comps tomorrow, with about 500k easy money, it's hard to resist.
Played my first coach comp tonight aswell, team did very poorly. Don't think I even won a game

Don't think I even won a game Nah, you beat me fair and square, think my players were in shock seeing you play as Ireland wearing a Reading kit, that was a double whammy ;D Playing you was the only active games i did yesterday, the rest was coach mode, up to 540 points now. Seems to me that every player i buy plays well for the first few games and then goes off the boil. The last tourny i did played 6 won 0, drew 4 lost 2, scored 0, conceded 2, my front 2 of Eduardo and Sergio Garcia have turned into Duffy and Yemi. When buying players im looking for. Speed, high 70`s is ok at the moment. Passing Body balance Teamwork For some reason i seem to have overdone the left footed players in my team, have 7 of them ;D Todays objective is Eduardo out, Pandev in, but have only 240k so still a a bit to make up before that happens. If you fancy a beating invite me for a game when you get on if im around, for some reason i dont have the option to invite anyone. Have a good one. |

Yea I've noticed that aswell, ater there first few great games, the have a good game in every 10 game.
As the players don't improve, the have Hiden a few gems in, they will have lowish overall rating, good stats and a be a great player. The problem is finding them.
Think I'll be making another formation change today. I want to play 352, with 2 dm, 2 amf and an amf. Always played that on pro just don't have the players to co it yet.
Yea I'd be up for a few games when I get on, I always enjoy winning
