The Headington Shark is not going to bore us for hours every weekday afternoon.
Mind you he is on on Sunday mornings but the good news is if you lie in bed a while you might forget to turn on radox

I don't mind Bill Heine too much, but his lack of football knowledge is hilarious when he has to hook up with Jerome sometimes. He uses words like 'Goal tender' and 'Constable plays in offense'. ;D

OK, dislike his broadcasting style, am not interested in the content of his show and find his accent irritating, big fan of the shark though.

Mrs reckoned years ago he came into the bakery she worked in and asked if she'd heat up a pie for him,she refused saying he hadnt bought it there....he went into one saying "don't you know who i am??)......(she didnt LOL ;D) ...he went away in a huff spouting he was a good friend of the owner.....HA HA feckin loser



actually i do listen now and again to his show (when i'm in the car) and although he comes across as being up his own arse,his show is quite amusing and informative......sometimes.

He always seems to me that he wants to sound like he knows everything, but his knowledge seems very limited whenever I listen to him.

I think his show got axed because he was losing the plot. Sometimes I wondered if he was ill because he rambled inanely and reeled out irritating one liners which bore no relation to the topic. He used to be very much more astute and quite entertaining. That bloody shark annoys me though!

Thank God for that. This man just drones on and on and on. I have to stop myself ringing in and telling him how annoying his accent is and how boring he is.

Heine's a bit past it now, i'll give him credit for having a very dry soh and for owning up if proven to be wrong though.
He's a very intelligent man in the main and will listen to alternative views and loves playing the Devils advocat. Seems he's been semi-retired to a Sunday slot.

I once gave social commentary to Bill on some unfolding football violence at Oxford station, having returned from Brum New Street with him, drinking champagne in coffee cups along with a few other oxford lads. We were returning from Kiddy, not a clue where he was coming from. Seemed a very decent and open minded chap.
